Ear and Sinus Infections

I have had numerous sinus infections and sinus surgeries.  The last surgery was performed and the a drain tube was placed to help drainage in the sinus cavity.  The lab report results stated there were two bacterias found in the sinus cavity.  Plus, I always have a red line going from the outer corner of my left eye, down to the sinus cavity and just above where a molar had been extracted three years ago.  We thought the sinus surgery would be a success, but it wasn't.  I still have the red line and the sinus is trying to drain through the eye (not to mention that if I blow my nose a bit too hard, mucous will spirt out of my inner tear duct by the nose).  My ENT said that is normal.  I still have the problem of not being able to blow mucous out of my nose.  No amount of surgeries have helped me any.  I can breath fine.  What could the problem be.
