Ear congestion

I have had ear congestion for some time and get frequent headaches and occasional
dizziness.  The congestion also affects my hearing which is a big problem especially
on the phone.  Is there anything I can try other than using medication?  I am very healthy
other than the congestion.  I would appreciate any help!

If it's been for "some time" and affecting your hearing, causing headaches and dizziness, it's time to go ask your doctor about eustachian tube dysfunction causing serous otitis media/otitis media with effusion.

Like you, I'm adept at finding ways to avoid doctor visits and prescription drugs.  In fact, I've developed the most effective treatment ever for sinusitis, using nothing but saltwater.  However, there's times where you have to give in, go to a doctor, and take exorbitantly priced antibiotics if they are prescribed, even if they temporarily bulldoze your system. When it comes to your hearing, this looks like one of those times.
