Ear feels full as if there's something there and feel tired

Since last weekend I have a weird feeling in my ear, like something crawling, feeling itchy and mild feeling kike something there,, but nothing there, I tried cleaning it no wax. Also got a mild headache and striking pains that last for a few seconds on my head sometimes, and in my right ear where I was born deaf on that ear.
I also feel sleepy and off balance which makes my heart beat fast and feel anxious.
I listen to sleep meditation to sleep at night, if I put an earphone in my ear, it feels itchy for a bit or like sore.

I phoned the surgery, as soon as I mentioned the anxious part the nurse advice me to see the therapist the doctor reffered me to last month, as she thought it's anxiety.

My nose feel slightly blocked. I only had a cold last week in my chest and sinus area. The reason I haven't seen a therapist is because I feel that I still have a cold.
I still have a very mild sore throat.

Right now I'm fed up of this, what can I do? Is it something I should be concerned about?
