Ear infection and i have a headache right now. Can I take excedrin tension?

I have an ear infection and fluid in my ear. Im taking amoxicillin and sudafed.I took the amoxicillin at 12pm and sudafed at 4pm. Right now it is 10:46 pm. Im have been suffering with this headache all day. I have a major headache right now. Can I take excedrin tension?

Hi. . Because of your ear infection you have been prescribed an antibiotic ( Amoxicillin) and an antihistaminic (Sudafed). Excedrin is paracetamol which is an anti inflammatory drug which also acts as a very safe painkiller. It is usually taken for headaches and mild pain.  Paracetamol usually does not drug drug interaction with commonly taken medicines, however in this forum I cannot advise you to any drug, if you have been using it earlier then you can take one for your headache.
