Ear infection for 3 months

I have had an ear infection in both ears now for around about 3.5 months . I went to the doctors after 3 weeks and he prescribed me Amoxicillin, it did not work. I then went back a week later and he prescribed me Clarithomycin , it worked a bit but then came back.
During the course of clarithomycin I was on holiday in Spain (flew on a plane) ..
I took the full course (1 week) of both Amoxicillin and Clarithomycin

That was 2 months ago and I still have crusty , guey , flakey skin in the ear, smelly puss out of ear , very sensitive to loud noises , get pain & headaches because of loud noises, feeling of fullness, a kinda weird sensation that makes you want to shake your head(irritating), feels swollen, sore , throbbing/ringing sometimes.

What should I do ?
And why is this infection so strong?
