Ears hurt during exercise
My ears feel like someone is sticking needles in my eardrums when I exercise in temperatures below 65 degrees.  I would love to run outside in the fall, but I can't.  Is there anything I can do?  I asked an ENT that i saw for soemthing else and he had no idea.

Ear muffs, ear plugs.....  now, if it works... well now you run the risk of jogging without hearing to the best of your abilities....

You may just want to get yourself a food tread mill.
