Eczema in ear canal

My ear canal has been mad itchy for a few years now.  It seems really dry, and then sometimes it seems to leak clear fluid.  The canal itself, just inside the ear is swollen almost closed so Q[tips cant even get in there to itch! Yes, I know, Q-tips are not for ears!  But they are a heck of a lot safer than what I CAN actually fit in there to get some relief!  It's becoming unbearable, and I'm worried that my hearing is getting affected now because my ear canal is not open anymore.  I live in a mountainous area, and I wonder if the constant elevation changes have something to do with it?? Sometimes my ears wont "un-pop" for a few days after I come down from the mountain.  I've had some doctors say it's a mild ear infection, and others say it's eczema.  I've used their steroid drops, the cortisone cream, as well as antibiotic drops.  So far nothing has worked!!

Does anybody know of any natural remedy's that may give me some relief?
