Eustachian Tube Disorder

I have been posting a few questions re my current full Eustachian Tubes or perhaps I should say comments.  It is amazing how many people are suffering and the mood I'm having at the moment is one of utter despair.  I am not in a positive frame of mind at all and feel that on reading the comments I am never going to get better.  I was interested to hear that stress can bring this on as I have recently been through a lot of extra work, moving jobs, moved house a year ago and still dealing with that etc. etc. etc. Is there anyone out there who has recovered from the eustachian tube problem .................................??  This would give me some hope.  I am feeling really depressed and anxious about this.  Thank you.
