Eustastion tube slightly stuffy and feelings flushed

I have a stuffy ear that swells up and loosens for the past two months. Now I got flused and pressure on the top and back of my head.it feels like you are moving but not dizzy and feelings heavy and shaky for a few seconds. This happen twice back to back today. I have no insurance and cannot see a doctor.

I've had inner ear issues and dizziness is common with this. A virus can trigger it. Try a reverse nose pop, hold your nose and blow into it. It will pop your ears. this helps straighten out, declog your eustasian tube. good luck
