Excrutiating ear pain
Hi there. I had my left ear syringed this morning to get rid of some ear wax which was stuck right against my eardrum. I am now in excrutiating pain and am wondering if I could have a perforated eardrum from the syringing. My doc had to use quite a lot of pressure to get the wax out. Surely I shouldn't be in such intense pain just from having wax removed? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should call your doctor.  They should be available for any patient they have done a procedure on, no matter how simple it may seam.

Feel better.
