Extreme dizziness 1 month

34 yr. fem. 1 mnth ago dizzy fainted, hit left side head + ear hurt 1 wk. CT ok, but low potass., took 1 supplement, 2 tests since normal.  

Dizzy nausea off/on, now past 5 days is CONSTANT.  Worse when lying down & still.  Yes dizzy when roll over.  Both light-headed and vertigo now mostly vertigo, cold + hot down arms, back. Antivert helps degree but not stopped. Periods of extreme weakness, heavy.  

Bad sinus disease, lots polyps both sides, will need surgery, trying med. Heart palpatations, fluttering. TMJ sometimes sore, pops.  

Endometriosis: bladder, bowel probs. neuro. pain left femoral nerve lots numbness, tingling, muscle spasms, reduced mobility in groin areas.

Think dr has all- ref. to ENT, neuro., MRI head, and Holter.  Daily meds: neurontin 600, topamax 25, skelaxin 400, vesicare 5, nasonex, astelin, seroquel 12.5; needed: vicodin, ativan, pyridium, antivert, and reglan.

Lost 20 lbs past 6mnths, no appet/nausea. So lots of poss. for dizzy, but extreme, interfering, I'm ill, scary, now CONSTANT.  PCM dismissed could be one of my meds- but feel like I take so many.  Also, can't discuss w/PCM afraid of this in record, smoke pot almost each night (often the only time I can really eat, helps nausea, pain, and mood- but now not helping dizziness so not doing it as often). Could that cause this type of dizziness?

Sound like inner ear problem?  2 days deep left ear pain, dr at urgent care said no sign infection/hearing loss,  said if dizzy while still, lying down (yes) suggests brain problem, correct?  Said should push for faster MRI (it's 1mnth out).  Thanks
