Feeling of Vibration and Noises in ear

I have had Tinnitus, with some hearing loss, for 10 years. For the last few months I have had a "rumbling" sound in my right ear with vibrations through my whole body. It's very much the same feeling of having a large truck idling beside me. It only goes away if I am exercising. It starts the minute I get up in the morning and doesn't end unless I am sleeping, which isn't often as the noises and vibration make it nearly impossible. I also have high blood pressure and I am currently taking medication for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is very frustrating and I am at my wits end.
