Fever Due to Throat Infection

Two weeks ago i have a bit fever i take panadol then its ok for the day,but next day i again feel fever ,shriving then i decide to consult some physician my doctor let me know that you are suffering with malaria and typhoid i take
cephrofloxian and some malaria course.i take medicine approximately   10 days but when during taking medicine its ok.when i leave that medicine i again feel Fever and i goes to my doctor he check up he advises me for a  Whole Blood Examination and concluded that i have a throat infection because my throat are red and some infection on the right gland.
Now i am taking Clarithormycin ,panadol.but now i feel fatigue,lake of energy in my body,stomach disturbance
please advice me what are the cause that i am suffering a bit fever.(99.3 Fh).
i have left 20 days in that temperature.
