Fluid filled middle ears

Hello all, I hope you guys can help me with this problem. Awhile back I started suffering from a sense of imbalance or you could call it a feeling of being uncoordinated not quite dizzy though. I went to my doctor and she found that both of my middle ears were completely full of clear fluid caused most likely by my severe allergies to pollen. She also said this is what was causing me to feel off balance. So she prescribed me a nasal spray to try out for a month. After a month had past I decided to go see an ENT before going back to my GP to get an update on my situation. I wasn't feeling any better. My ears still hurt  mildly on and off and I would still get pains behind my ear lobe that run down into my throat. Which my GP said was caused by the fluid in my ear and most likely eustation tube inflammation. However the ENT said my ears were perfectly clear and he couldn't see any fluid despite all my symptoms which he quickly dismissed as "growing pains". This left me very unsatisfied and kind of worried as to what was really causing my symptoms. So the very next day I went to my GP she told me very confidently that my ears were still completally full of fluid and that they couldn't possibly have been completely clear the day before. So this leaves me with two very different diagnosise, fluid in the middle ears or growing pains and completally clear ears. Who should I trust? Could my GP really see fluid in my ears three times when there really wasn't any? Or is it more likely that my ENT missed the clear fluid?

Thank you so much for reading this and sorry for any punctuation or spelling errors, I'm writing this from my phone.

I would seek a second opinion from an ENT Specialist who deals with allergies as well and get his/her opinion.

One of these physicians you have seen so far does not have a clue to put it politely.  I don't know which one though.

Just wanted to post an update on whats going on, I had a chance to see my GP again though I didn't get a chance to see another ENT but i'm very confident in her diagnosis of fluid in my middle ears, she did a very good job of explaining exactly what she saw and she explained she could now see bubbles in the middle ear which shows that its getting a little better (before it was just solid fluid). So I find it impossible that she could be seeing and explaining all this to me if it really wasn't there. So I will just continue using Rhinocort and see if it helps any further.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your comment, I'm going to schedule an appointment with another ENT soon. Hopefully he/she can clarify things.
