Foreign Object In Ear

On Tuesday morning i used a Q-Tip to clean out my ears. After i got done cleaning i felt as if something was stuck in my ear. I checked the swab and it was all there. None of it slipped or fell off of the cotton part of the q-tip. It is now saturday. I have not gone to the doctor because i have been in vacation with family. And now its the weekend so the doctor's offices here in town are closed till monday. I don't feel any pain, no hearing loss, no bleeding. Just discomfort from it being inside thats it. I've tried a few home remmedies like trying to water irrigation and it still feels as if its in there. Ive had a family member get a small flashlight and look in my ear if they could see and they said they couldn't. Can i wait it out till monday? Can it cause a serious infection? The object doesn't feel solid or hard.
