Foreign Object In Right Ear - Painful Problem

I have a foreign object which is shown in my profile in my ear.  I can't find a doctor to remove it but they all say they can see it.  I did have a doctor remove the first tumor that grew in that area.  I believe the object caused the tumor siince I have had such pain from the object.

Has anyone had a problem like this?

The CT and MRI's have shown this object, I have videos and digital still camera photos showing the lump and tumor.

If you are a doctor and would remove this please let me know.  I am in the Cleveland Ohio area.

BTW, I was able to pick up a FM Radio station because of the object which may be a simple Verichip or other type transponder used commonly in pets for identificaiton puposes *(RFID).
