Foul smell from nasals

I'm suffering from Allergic Rhino Sinusits since my childhood. I have undergone a two surgeries till now, first one a four years back where they removed the enlarged turbunates and cleared sinus infection from the both the sides and second surgery a two weeks back where they corrected deviated septum and cleared right maxillary sinusits infection through FESS.

Even after these two surgeries I still have the foul smell coming from nasals, before this surgery this foul smell used to stop with antibiotics but now after surgery, foul smell is persistent and doesnt go away even after using multiple antibiotics (Clarythromycin, Cefixime, Cefprozil).

My doctor insists that there is no problem or infection in the nasals after surgery but I suspect.
Kindly advice me how do I get rid of this foul smell

Have you ever tried doing a nasal rinse?

Products like Neil Med sinus rinse can help cleanse the sinuses...maybe that will help. I've had several sinus surgeries myself (Six in the past 16 months to be exact), and have to use this rinse daily (with some added medications to it as well) and it really helps! It's definitely worth a shot!
