Fungal ear infection

Today I went to the Doctors or to my ENT, I cant take any medications. Evently I have a fungal ear infection in my left ear evently it is also common with people that have Diabities which I do not  have at all. My doctor told me that I have to take Afrin nasal spray and drop 5 drops of White Vinger in my ear. I told him I hate pain and it best not burn or hurt. He lied to me and told me no it doesnt hurt, oh but dude does it burn like F*. I am also suppose to take Sudafed 2 for ever 4-6 hours. My right ear has a yellow stuff in it too and my left ear where the fungal infection is has the yellow build up too. My Ent doctor told me that I also have fungal infection in my Mouth too on my tongue. I have had 8 ear infection since June of 09. Honestly I am a health young girl of 27 years old, Why is this all happening too me now. My doctor says that if it doesnt clear up with in 2 weeks and the hearing test doesnt go well they need to put a tube in my ears. That operation needs to be done in his office once again I hate Needles so if I need the minor operation they best knock me out. In a hospital I have shortness of breath I have smoked new ports for the past 14 years, Is there another way so I dont have to have the operation done or anything I can do to prevent this in the future:
