Funny turn yesterday and lost my balance severely - what could cause be?
I have tinnitus and previously Eustachian tube dysfunction but yesterday, after a coffee and some chocolate I had a strange episode. Was walking back to work and suddenly couldn't stand up as the world seemed to be sideways. I sat on a bench, didn't feel sick or dizzy, and it passed in about a minute. It seemed to be triggered when I came out into bright sunlight from shaded precinct but am worried it's Menieres as ear felt thick when I got back to office. Or could be the cold? Anyone had anything similar?
