Gastritis & sinusitis

Am Yogen and my ailment is as follows :

• I suffer from acute sinusitis.  The mucus are usually block inside and I have to make use of drugs such as nose drop or similar to drench them out.
            Failing, it causes migraine and stomach upset.  

• Parallel to that I suffer from acidity in the stomach and this at times causes such imbalance that I cannot have a drop of water a whole day. Otherwise,  I vomit.
At the same time I got migraine caused by the sinusitis.

           The mystery is that the above illness are interrelated and occur simultaneously.
Please advise.

QUIT DAIRY!  I had acute sinusitis and one sinus blocked.  Dietician suggested quitting dairy (milk, yogurt, ice-cream...), IT WORKED!  I was on Flonase and did not need it after I quit the dairy.
