HELP - sore throat/tonsils covered in phlegm/tongue covered in yellow/white spots

I was tested for strep 6 weeks ago and put on amoxcillin for 10 days. It cleared up. Then I felt another sore throat coming on and they put me on the z-pak of azithromicin. That didn't help so they put me on augmentin-XR for 14 days and my throat is still reddish and my tonsils are completely covered with phlegm and the back of my tongue is yellow/white. I still get chills/fever at nightime and I'm exhausted. I don't know what to do at this point. Nothing seems to be helping!

okay, well i started getting a sore throat, and then i lost my voice for about half an hour. I started getting white spots on my throat, swollen glands, and a bright red throat. I just assumed i had a sore throat and head ache, but then i started getting really flemmy, my ears starter hurting, and i have neck aches. do you have an idea of whats wrong with me?
