Thanks, it does freak me out Cuz it looks like nasal parasites or worm like in dogs' poop. Lol

That looks like a nasal polyp, but only a doctor (preferably an ENT) can diagnose it for sure. If they are polyps, they are nothing to freak about, they can be removed with steroids or minor surgery.
