Has one of my middle turbinates been removed?

This is a recent MRI scan of my nose:

It appears to me that my right middle turbinate is either extremely small or has been removed. Can you advise what you think the situation is?
I have had two nasal surgeries, but no mention was made of removing turbinates.

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated,
Thank you.

I would need to see more slides to say for sure but it looks like your right middle turbinate is mostly there. i wouldn't worry about it
