I am not a doctor, but I think you should try to find what you are allergic to. There is no cure for allergy; anti-allergic drugs like anti-histamine will help you but it will not cure you. The best way to avoid allergy symptoms is to find what you are allergic which is not always easy, and then avoid it. I know you can ask in a hopstial for a allergy test where they will test you on series of substance to see if you have an hypersensitive response to any of them. Good luck.
