Headaches and crappy general health

Ever since I was a child, I have been weak and slow. I'm a 21 yr old male and I have suffered from depression all my life along with fatigue, poor concentration,  extreme irritability and resltess legs. In my high school i used to zone out under much noise and light. I usually catch the disease during any pandemic. Over the years I have observed that I have grown into a wierd body with weak arms and a huge belly and ***. My head is smaller than most other people and I have a HUGE wide nose, almost unaimiaginably huge with a large ball tip. My brother on the other hand seems normal and tall and doesnt have all these problems. I also have weird lifeless eyes which I can observe even in my pictures from childhood/

I worked hard through high school and landed my self into an extremely hard program but lately my crappy health is getting the better of me.

I also suffer from cysts and folliculitus (folliculitis) all over my body. I went to see doctor about these problems but he referred me to a psychologist for depression who just sat my down and asked me to read books on reinventing my life. For acne he put me on eythromycin for a 3 months and even during that period I got a HUGE lump in my under arm and the acne didnt go. He put me on claxllin sodium for 10 days and the lumps didnt go so now he asked me to go see a surgeon in a few days.

For as far as i can remember, I have had nasal congestion issues that get better in cold and much worse in heat and humidity. Regarldess of temerpature, I always have a slight swelling in my face (around my nose) along with nasal congestion and a headache. I also always feel this thick fluidy thing in my throat that builds up over night and I constantly feel the need to clear the throat and spit this out which i cant (sometime if i do spit this out its colorless). I also have and always had alot of trouble sleeping at night.

I have been searching for causes for these problems my self on the internet but Im confused about what to talk to my doctor about. he told me "You have a tendency to develop cysts. They can only be treated as they come" Can any of you have any suggestion on what this might be? Could all this be related? Please help me out because I'm sick of me life. The problem with these problems is that they dont kill you and are hard to live with aswell. Could this be thyroid related? liver ?  or constant lack of sleep due to some sinus issues?

Skin problems often come from bowel problems.  Poor absorption can cause malnutrition, which can cause a whole host of weird symptoms.  Celiac disease is an allergy to wheat gluten that causes malnutrition from poor absorption.  

Get tested for Celiac disease.  You will probably heal quicker if you at least temporarily stop dairy and even nuts for a couple of months in addition to gluten if you test positive for Celiac disease.  

About 1/3 of the way down this page lists symptoms of Celiac disease.  You don't have to have all of them, of course.  I knew one girl with advanced Celiac whose only symptom was heartburn.  I, on the other hand, have dozens of symptoms.
