How can I cure my throat problem?

I have been having a coughing problem for sometime now. I consulted two specialists  (ear/throat) and in both occasion I was told that I had a clear throat and they could not detect any problem. I also made the basic allergy test and the
result was also negative. I'm concerned , because there are days that I can feel my throat tightening and I become
breathless. I feel my heart beat increasing and the only way to alleviate my throat/swallowing is by applying
a decongestant analgesic ointment in to my nose. the tightness that  feel in my throat it starts after eating, or, after
a cold air, and curiously when I seat on L-shaped position.
