How do "you" or I take care of our (inside nose area)( Turbinates ?

Just wondering, it is impossible to find information out there on the net and I've asked my ENT, I want to know if anyone has any information on the Turbinate (that does not relate to operations or nose sprays).
I'm after information like what foods enhance the Turbinate - I've read that Silicofluoride (The fake Fluoride in our water is not good for them in one study)...
I'm not suffering but know other others who are and have had reductions and they also have not been told any useful information about what minerals or proteins or vitamins or anything enhance this very very important part of the nose!!!! I'm sure people out there with post nasal drip would also love this information.

Anything on the topic even if you think it’s a simple thing like washing your nose out with salt water often etc.. To the much larger information of study papers from organizations or universities that do not have ‘vested monetary interests in medicine) ?
