I Have large mucosal retention cyst in right maxillary sinus filling 3/4 of sinus cavity

In general, these cysts are considered incidental findings on CT scans and aren't thought to be responsible for sinus disease unless they are obstructing the drainage pathway or large enough to put pressure on the surrounding bone. In your case, yours may be large enough to possible be causing symptoms and this could potentially justify the risks of a surgical procedure. See an ENT doc for an opinion.
