I have had a sore throat and swollen tonsils for 2 weeks, what should I do?

Howdy,
I am a 20 year old male and I have been having difficulty swallowing since May 9th. I was diagnosed with Strept B on the 17th after going to 3 clinics. After taking antibiotics, there is no white or yellow covering on my tonsils but now it is painful to move my neck or even touch it where my tonsils are. You can feel them bulging out. It starts to hurt worse whenever I sleep and I always sweat whenever I do. I haven't had fevers since 2 days after this started. Recently I have been finding traces of blood in my phlegm throughout the day. My tongue is also starting to hurt on the very back sides. I feel like the antibiotics are allowing me to swallow again but the swelling is still not going down. Does this sound familiar to anyone or know what I should do? Any recommendations would help thank you.
