I have strange gurgling in my throat HELP

I have this stange gurling in my throat. Its starting to kinda scare me, i have looked at other questions like mine; but never found an answer to my question. The strange gurgling is in my throat/chest. I feel no pain when it happens. Its happens about every 3-5 minutes. I am 10 yrs old turning 11 in one week. Its starting to interfear with my life, i don't want to see my friends because they are all like 'what is that gurgling" or "you need to see a doctor",, I'm starting to feel like i'm a freak. This happens weather or not i eat and drink. My mom says i don't need to see a doctor, but I disagree. Sometimes i feel like someone is pushing on my chest and it gets hard to breathe for a second, but then i'm fine, does this have to do anything with the gurgling? I'm putting this in the "Ear, Nose, Throat" section, sorry if i should have put it in another topic section. Should i see a doctor, could this be seirous? Please help!
