I have swollen-feeling sinuses, and always smell something terrible

For months, I have spelled something really foul. I thought it was something in the house, but I smell it no matter where I go. My sinuses feel swollen, but I don’t have mucus. My doctor gave me a run of antibiotics, but nothing has improved. I’m worn out from having this smell in my nose and not feeling clear sinus passages.
