Infection in nasal and swollen glands

I have infectious white swollen glands in my nasal along with swollen glands all on the left side. The pain has went through all the left side of my face and head around to back of my neck.

Is this something I can treat myself?
This has been like this for 2 days now, and is getting worse.

If you know what I can do to treat it, please let me know.

Swollen glands are NOT something that you should or can self-treat.

I would recommend consulting your PCP/Family Physician and/or an ENT Specialist to assess you.
