Inflammated throat + jaw and ear pain for three months?

Hi! So, a few months (yes, months) ago I started having a scratching sensation in my throat, but I didn't think much of it because I have it at least 20 times a year anyway, I started having honey and it eventually went away. A week later, I started feeling a strong pulling sensation in my throat whenever I sneezed, I didn't have the flu though, I sneeze a lot when I'm around any kind of dust, it felt like I had an elastic in my hands and stretched it, but the elastic was some kind of muscle in my throat, if you get what I mean. I didn't think much of it either, of course I was a bit worried but not too much, maybe I was just sneezing too hard. A couple of days later it was still bad, I'm a musical theatre major and it was starting to bother me because my classes were about to start again and I couldn't get sick as I don't like to use my voice if my throat has anything wrong going on, I ask my mom to take a look at it and it's a bit red. I go to the doctor and he doesn't say anything, tells me to rest and drink lots of water so that's what I do and hope to get better. It doesn't.
It gets really red, almost to the point where it's a wine/grape juice colour compared to the rest of the mouth being a very light pink, looks like strep without the red dots on the roof of the mouth. I go to another doctor, he says it's nothing but gives me pain medicine and inflammation medicine anyway. Another doctor, it's nothing. Another one, nothing to worry about. My tonsils get a bit bigger and white and I get some white spots at the back of my throat, everything is very red, swollen and I cant swallow anything, not even water, and I do make an effort to at least drink water, the pain makes me cry. This whole "now it looks like tonsillitis" scenario goes away in two days, I am left with massive pain at the back of my mouth under the tongue, throat, it's still impossible to swallow, high fever, chills and extreme hoarseness. And no, I never stopped going to doctors, I went to see at least one per week. No one saw anything wrong or something they could put their finger on and I just kept being sent home to rest. After two months, I went into a new doctor, I gave up ent's and emergency care and decided to visit a general doctor this time, maybe he would send me to a doctor that would help me out, he told me he's never seen anything that bad in 44 years of working as a doctor and referred me to a new ENT.
At this point, my symptoms were a bit different. Extreme pain on the jaw, teeth, ear, throat, face and the back of my eye only on my right side. Headaches 3 to 4 times a week as well. He asked for a blood test (he was the only one that did it and it's almost three months since it all started) and the test showed infection, probably viral because the white part of my blood was just fine so it wasn't bacterial. I got more medicine and it's been 5 days and I see no results. I have taken more than 35 different prescribed medicine including antibiotics, inflammation medicine and painkillers and I'm still left with a pain deep in my throat that doesn't go away for a second and gets worse when I eat or drink, congested nose, pain in the lower throat when breathing, pain when speaking, I have slightly swollen lymph nodes (felt by the doctor), my teeth hurt too much. The pain is exclusive to the right side, usually gets a little better with ibuprofen but never more than 50%. Ot is usually unbearable unless I'm under medication, I can't sleep, eat, talk or anything without wanting to cry because it hurts and sometimes I can't help but cry like a baby and I'm tired all day long.
I'm scared it becomes a chronic thing like my grandma had because she had an untreated tumor when she was a child and even after taking it out, she never got better and I am forced to switch carreers, I'm scared it's something bad like cancer, we had a leukemia case in the family that we found out about thanks to a strep throat. I have been to almost 50 doctors and no one can solve it. I really don't know what else to do or what to suspect. Oh, and there's something else that may or may not be related to it, my period is like 20 days late and not there's no way I'm pregnant or anything like that. Does anyone have any direction to give me? I'm lost.
