Inner Ear Fluid

I have been diagnosed through a VNG to have inner ear fluid which is causing lightheadedness.  The ENT gave me a diuretic and put me on a low sodium diet.  Does anyone know when I should start feeling less lightheaded?  It has been almost three weeks and I don't notice a change yet.

Keep going with the recommendations.  Unfortunately, these problems don't resolve quickly.

Yes, I have tried Antivert but it didn't do anything except make me really sleepy.  I think I might be feeling some improvement but am not sure yet.

Has your ENT Specialist prescribed Betahistine or Antivert?
