Is it Meniere's?

Is it Meniere's?

Is it Meniere's?

My symptoms do not come in the form of an attack out of the blue. They come if I do any kind of exercise, running about or rapid head movement. Sometimes even turning around to look at something, and especially if I do a full circle or get dizzy in any way.

The main symptom is the nausea of being extremely dizzy, but it's not vertigo because things do not spin like when you are dizzy. The symptoms last for over 48 hours from one attack. Makes life a little miserable because you don't feel like doing anything. And then when better, I tend to avoid any exercise or movement that will set it off again.

I also forget words a lot. I mean really obvious words that make conversation a pain. It took me a couple of minutes to remember "MRI".

According to tests there is no hearing loss, even though I do have bad tinnitus in one ear. I also had a MRI but it came back clear.

Balance is effected, and most of the other Meniere's disease symptoms are there. When walking, it can look like I'm a bit drunk. (but I don't actually drink).

The doc referred me to an ENT, who simply gave me exercises to kind of reset the balance mechanism. These exercises involve spinning and turning, which just made the symptoms almost permanent if doing on a daily basis, so I stopped this.

Does this sound like Meniere's?

Thanks so much.
