Is it Sinus Infection?

Dear Sir.
Ive been getting incredible pains around the head, behind the head and under and around the eyes.and more on my face. Is this Sinus pains? but no nasal block or cold,no cough also. but heavy pain at my face.its more than 3 months now, no fever nothing, joint pain and body chilling is comman these days.and also tieredness.

Please help me is it sinus problem.

Hi,
This could be a sinus headache . It is not necessary that you must have a running nose or cold at present . Even if you have had episodes of sinusitis in the past , the sinuses get congested and thus cause headaches. But it is very important to differentiate it from a migraine because the treatments vary for both the headaches. Please consult the physician who with the help of X- rays of sinuses can find out whether it is a sinus headache or a migraine.Hope this helps you. Take care !

I have also had bad headaches around the sinus area and back of the head I have been haveing sinus pain and preasure so bad I find myselft preasing on my face and nose area to releve some of the preasure the mornings are terible I am extreemly congested and have lots of mucus I also have burning sensations that lead to exssesive snezzing and I will heare what I think is air moving around my sinus area like sssssssss sound I have been like this for about 3 yrs now I have tryed antibotics nasel sprays and neti pod nothing is working I am always tierd form it aswell please help
