Is it possible to blow out a sinus polyp?
My husband recently had some trouble breathing. While blowing his nose he blew out a kidney bean shaped thing. It was clear, filled with fluid and had veins rinnung through it. The started where a kidney bean would attach to the plant and branched out. He could breathe better afterwards.

Congratulations!  It sounds like he did indeed manage to 'blow out' an inflammatory polyp.  That's the good news.  The bad news is that there are likely more and they can grow/return.  You should have him see an ENT specialist for an exam and possible treatment.
