Is this Sinusitis? And should I see a doctor?

I had a cold over a week ago with some congestion. I thought that I got over it and felt fine. Then 5 days ago while lying down my nose started to run. It was a watery substance with a pink tint to it. I found that if I put my head between my knees It would come pouring out. I also had a toothache that was more of a dull ache but when I put my head between my knees it would throb. I continued to have this drainage for two days. The tooth ache improved some after the first major drainage. The next couple days I continued to have some drainage more green/yellowish but always with blood or small clots. The tooth still had a small ache. Now 5 days after this stuff started the tooth doesn't hurt, and I don't have much drainage, but I keep  having blood when I blow my nose. It is usually clots, but it is not fresh and I have also had some bloody pink tissue type material. I feel great now other than I am worried that I keep getting blood if I blow my nose. which I can do every 15 minutes. Any tips? Should I see a doctor?
