LPRD and headaches

Hi, about a year ago I had a series of very bad sinus headaches.  My doctor tried several antibiotics, all which failed.  I finally went to an ENT and he prescribed Avelox, which also didn't work.  My symptoms began to include pain in ears, terrible burning in throat and my glands felt swollen, even though they did not feel swollen to the touch.  I was then diagnosed w/LPRD.  Can LPRD cause bad headaches?  I am having the same headaches again and this past one landed me in the hospital with an ocular migraine.  I was just wondering if there could be any connection to the LPRD.
