Larynx Cancer?

For the last couple of months, between 2 or 3, I've had constants yet rare discomfort with my throat and my left ear. This doesn't always occur, but it worries me that it's been a long time since this started happening and it hasen't gone away.

Sometimes, when I swallow, my left ear hurts very lightly. I almost always wake up with a very dry throat and whenever I swallow I experience discomfort on both my ear and my throat. The problem hasen't gotten any more serious ever since, but why hasen't it stopped already?

I thought it could be a chronic infection or something, but then I saw about Larynx cancer and so I'm very very worried! I do not cough and my voice hasen't changed at all, and I haven't had any breathing difficulties either. I just have a constant soar throat, difficulties/little pain on throat when swallowing as well as light pain on my left ear. I'm 20 years old.  

What can it be? I'm dead worried. Thank you.
