Left Sided Facial and Neck Tenderness
For the past year I have had left sided facial numbness that comes and goes.  It's just enough that I notice it and I sometimes get a feeling of fullness in my left ear and I frequently have slight frontal headaches, fatigue and my browbones are both tender to touch (inner corner near nose). My upper gums on the left side are sometimes swollen (but rarely) or tender and lately the left side of my neck has been tender to touch (upper neck near jawline).  I had a CT scan of my sinuses done in November which showed nothing and have been told my issues could be related to anxiety.  Can anxiety cause such physical symptoms as swollen gums and a tender neck?  I have also been told it could be an issue with my TMJ and the tender browbone could be nerve endings which are sore due to muscular issues with my back and neck. Also forgot to mention I was told I have no frontal sinuses. Wondering if anyone can offer any more insight. Thanks.
