Liquid coming out from my right ear

By yesterday night , in my right ear some fluid is coming from inner ear ,it doesnt pains too much ,but it irritates me a lot! Previous year i have the same problem ,Doctor gave some injections after which it was stopped ,Please tell me what is this?
