Lump close to ear/ craking in ears

Hi, for the last three months I have been feeling dizzy, so i went to the doctor and was told I have vertigo, and that it will come and go. I went again to the doctor yesterday as my ears have been itchy, he told me I have mild excema in the ear, I've also had cracking slightly in the ear. Then last night while washing my face I noticed a small marble size lump near my ear and jaw. It doesn't hurt but isn't normal. Any ideas. The doctor didn't pick this up.
I have been to the doctors three times now and neither one of the two have really helped and are dismissing my dizziness as nothing. I am flying soon and am very worried about the flight and how my ears will handle it.
Thank you in advance, ( I'm only 23 yrs)
