Lump in my mouth ( back of my mouth/ top of my throat)

Hello I'm 21 years old male, also ex smoker ( smoked for 2 years, free of cigarets for 1.5 year now). I have 76 kg and I'm 180 cm tall. Before 4 months I notices reddish lump on right bottom side of back of my mouth. I checked my blood and everything seems alright, my doctor said I can ignore it, without any reasonable explanation. Now 4 months later I still have that lump and in this 4 months I had some problems with breathing( need for deep breaths), it's better now but I still have need to take deep breaths sometimes. I also had problem with my lymph nodes in my neck, left eare and now I noticed one under my arm. And lately I feel some I could say tension on right side of my neck/throat. I also noticed little callosity under that reddis lump. I contacted that doctor 2 months before on proposal of my dentist which told me that I should go to otorhinolaryngology, but my doctor said that I'm okay and that I should stop questioning her judgement. Also I forgot to tell that my doctor checked thyroid hormones because of my breathing problems, but there were nothing wrong with them. She told something about anxiety and my breathing, but I'm not really person that is under much stress ( lately I'm because of all this). And I don't know if it matter but I had some problems with teeth in this last 4 month period, one tooth was in really bad shape and after I got it fixed breathing got better (as I remember), but its still not normal. Lately I really think that im hypochondria in some ways, but my oppinon is that every normal person would be worried like this if they had mysterious lump in mouth and had multiple problems since than. Thank you for your help here is how it looks https://postimg.org/image/z706ppcvp/ https://postimg.org/image/jtipyzi0d/
