Lump nodes

My lump nodes in my neck and behind my ears are swollen  they hard as a rock and non movable. Iwent to the doctor she said its not strep, not an ear infection and not mono. She took blood and im waiting for results. What could it be? Should I be worried?

Hello, I'm only 16 years of age & I have a knot behind my ear on the bone, just as others has said on here. and i don't know if it's a cyst or lymph nodes. I get dizzy a lot because I've been to the doctor before and they said my vertigo's was messed up? ...not really sure. Also, I have really bad sinus problems. I've found most of my problems out on my own.

Someone have any guidance?
