MRI of neck findings

I had a soft tissue MRI of my neck.  I went to the ENT and told him I felt discomfort down way under my tongue by my gums inside my mouth.  He saw and felt nothing.  MRI says level two lymph node enlargement.  One side 13mm one side 11mm.  in my jugulodigastric regions.  Anyone have this before?

Where is the discomfort? Under the tounge or above?

I feel discomfort inside my mouth mostly on that right side.
Does anyone out there know what it means for these particular lymph nodes to show enlargement on an MRI of neck?  Surprised I have not gotten more responses!
