Major Pain, Bloody-Nasal Passages (Opinions needed please)

Hello, I had this problem for 7 months

Everyday my ears hurt severely, espically my right ear, theres clearly tissue swelling infront of the middle ear and under my eye (saggy, but tight skin) hard to expain. The ENT said that the eardrums are negatively pressured inward, and that the ear is ok (CT showed sinus was minorly infected and obvious visual facial swelling and rash under eye around ear as well, CT didn't show much, just worries me)... I had staph of the sinus for 7 months without treatment because of thinking it was something else....I been on clindomycine/Flagel for a month or so....staph was showed heavy growth Staph Auerous, it has recended slightly .. anyways I never have muscus come out of my nose only way to do so is use sinus rinse, and that helps for like 30 mins tops and not even close to helping releave the ear pain...my CT showed a deviated septum, enlarged turbines, and a frature in the right nose passage from head trama probably when I was little... when I take a cutip, just the outter lining is covered in blood...the pain is so severe i'm going for nasal surgrey soon, do you think this will help? The pain is extreme, and i'm just praying nasal surgrey will releave this, including the sinus/ear....just ain't draining its all staying in my face...would negative ear/swelling around middle ear cause the hearing loss I been experiencing? And is it because of the swelling inside the nasal and sinuses i'm experiencing this SEVERE pain? muscus comes out bloody, and green/clearish I need opinions will my Nasal surgrey fix this, nexk pain and also shoulder pain has been increasing since spring hit...opinions please

No mucus coming out unless you use a sinus rinse?  those rinses sometimes could aggravate your situation if u use it for a longer period of time.  it could cause to swell up the inside of your nose and bleed.  i was using sinus rinses (otc and prescription) almost half of my life and it did help but the problem will come back.  there's saline rinse that is non medicated and you can use it as often as u want w/o any side effect.

If all the drains are staying in your face then u probably have a blocked eustachian tube also.   u need to clear  that tube up for the drainage to go thru.  it can cause hearing loss too.  your blocked nose and blocked ears caused you that severe pain.  mucus can go down ur eustachian tube also and if it's blocked (maybe by hard wax) then you'll experience the pain in your ear and sinuses.  one time, i had to massage those sinuses really hard bec. i was in pain.....blood came out of my nose.

Have you tried placing drops in your ear?  I had tried it and it opened up my eustachian tube and sinuses.  right under your eyes are your sinuses.  evidently there's a connection from the sinus to the ears.  after using several drops though... it felt like it zoom right into my sinuses and cleared it up.    Hope this helps.

Ear drops do not work....I noticed since spring hit I felt 200% worse...dizzyness pain increased, facial swelling on right side still persist, doctors say theres nothing wrong with the ears besides eardrum retraction (alot of right side) he said its from the nasal cavities being blocked, which i believe being true, and sinus remaining infected and tissue around the right ear swollen...I have severe allgeries and been getting allgery shots since I was little, I think its that my turbines are not funcnting, or remaining swollen cutting off the muscus and causing the pains...i'm using standard over the counter sinus rinse, just with saline...actually with it it reduced the amount of blood coming from my nose...its just severely inflammed, the whole lining is covered in blood, I been using gels to attempt to sooth it but the more spring comes the more worse all the pain gets....I believe the nasal surgrey will fixed this hopefully because one things blocked then its creating sinus to block then ears to have severe problems....you think i'm on the right track I need a few more opinions?

Secondly, surgrey is to reduce Turbines, fixed a deviated septum, and fix a fractured bone under the eye which drains from the sinus....to have everything functioning again hopefully ... more comments please...just for opinions sake anyways, this problems be dominating my life for almost a year now

Hi!  could you try placing another drops in your ear?  and let it stay for several minutes. if it doesn't sting or burn inside that means you have a thick build up.  that's how i discovered mine.  mine was like a thick and very hard glue and i think it just blended w/ the skin inside bec. all of my doctors and friends told me that there was nothing wrong with my ears.  if you can find DEBROX in your area ......just try it.  

If it stings inside then you're clean and the nasal surgery might be your last option.  let me know the outcome.  ok?  thanks.............
