Multiple Bump on neck, and below ear lobe

Over the last 4 months I have noticed very small bumps(size of peas) on my neck.  The first one I felt when I was rubbing my neck.  Once I felt it I call for an appointment to my doctor. My doctor felt the bump and said that he didn't know what it could be, but lets do an ultra sounds on the area and see what it is.  I told him that my throat was bothering me too, and that it felt like the thing that hangs in the back of my throat was swollen or elongated.  So he said to go and see a ENT doctor.  I went to the appointment and did the ultra sound.  The results came back that it looked like an enlarged lymth node, but it was still within normal size and it was not a reason to be concerned.  He told me that if it got bigger or started to bother me to come back and they would investigage it more.  In the mean time I went and saw the ENT doctor about my throat issues.  He did a scope of my nose, throat and mouth and found nothing to be concerned with.  I told him about the bump on my neck, and I told him that I found another one on the other side of my neck, he felt both and again this doctor (mind you a different doctor) said that he wasn't worried about it.  But to be safe he wants me to do a CT scan to make sure that its nothing.  So my CT scan is set for Monday at 7am.  Now today I found another bump right under my right ear lobe.  I have one on my bottom left side of neck, middle of my right side neck and now right below my right ear lobe.  I am really getting concerned now.  I have been feeling nausiated over the last week.  Now I am getting scared that whatever these bumps are are cause me to feel sick and nausiated.  I had a complete blood work done, nothing came back strange.  I haven't been sick.  The doctor says that they are too small to do a biopcy, and that he really isn't concerned about it.  My question is why am I getting these bumps???  and why am I feeling the nausia...

I'm sorry. I have no idea what the trouble is. It's been a week and I want to know if you've gotten any answers yet as it sounds like it could be serious.
