Multiple growths on tonsil/47 years old

I am 47, female and a heavy drinker (wine exclusively). I'm being honest because I know that MDs expect patients to lie about their drinking.  About a year ago, I noticed 2 small bumps on my left tonsil after feeling just a little irritation.  I have been watching them, and now there are several growths on that tonsil: something that looks like a cyst covered with blood vessels, several rice-like white bumps, holes in my tonsil, a wavy elongated white patch, and a large pink fingerlike growth poking out from behind my tongue.  The tonsil itself is enlarged, not huge, but definitely swollen.  The growths don't bother me, but I can feel them all the time, whether swallowing or not.  Sometimes they feel slightly irritated. I was a light smoker in the past, but quit 9 years ago.  I've researched the web and looked for pictures.  I can't find anything that looks like what I've got.
I do not want to go for a biopsy if this is something that is most probably benign, which I suspect it might be, as I have not had any swollen lymph nodes in my neck.  I have limited insurance and resources.
Also, I have numerous tumor-like growths in my lips (inside my mouth) which I've had for years.
They have grown in number over the years, some getting slightly bigger.  I've often wondered if I should be worried about them. I've had them for so long I thought everybody did, but I can't find anything about them on the internet.
I've asked several other sites for advice, but haven't had any response.  I would certainly appreciate somebody's opinion.  Thanks.
