My arms feel weak and I starting to get a bit worried...

38 years old and I have just got over a cold but now my cheekbones ache and it is going into my teeth and jaw a little bit, also both my arms feel really weak although I still have my strength they just feel really really strange.

Arm weakness could be due to problems in the cervical spine. These symptoms could also occur with problems in the the brain and the cranial nerves. Please consult your primary care physician who will do an initial clinical assessment and then may refer you to a neurologist. Investigations like X rays and MRI will help to arrive at a diagnosis for appropriate therapy.
